How Does Integrity Pricing Work?
If you find a lower price on-line, in store or in print before you buy, we’ll match or beat that price by 10% of the difference. Bring your written quote, newspaper ad or printout showing the online price.
Which Products Qualify?
Products being compared must meet the following criteria to qualify for Integrity Pricing of solid wood furniture:
Be sold by a reputable dealer of Canadian solid wood furniture and not a re-seller of furniture.
Must be priced in Canadian dollars and include shipping costs, special finishing charges, customization charges and any other costs.
Must be sold and shipped by a retailer AND authorized dealer located within Canada.
Products must be handcrafted from solid wood, manufactured in Canada on a made-to-order basis and not mass produced.
Product must be available for sale and cannot be: i) a limited time offer on in-stock items, ii) clearance or discontinued items, or iii) floor models.
The product’s price must not be lower due to an error or misprint.
Fine Oak Things reserves the right to not match or beat pricing on any product should the price fall below our landed cost (including transaction processing fees of 5%). Also, Fine Oak Things reserves the right to not match or beat pricing on custom built items outside the scope of our builders’ product catalogs.
Who Doesn’t Qualify as a Retailer or Authorized Dealer?
The following types of sellers do not qualify for Integrity Pricing:
Marketplace sellers on websites such as Amazon.ca, Wayfair.ca or resellers such as eBay.ca
Any sellers whose products are refurbished or liquidated.
Does Integrity Pricing Apply on Items Ordered but not Delivered?
Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively discount products once they have been ordered. However, as compensation for any such orders, we will provide a coupon or note on file for a 10% discount on your next order.
